I liked amazing and magnificent location - close to a train station. You can find Restaurant Central close to the hotel to a have lunch. The room was well-appointed, beautifully decorated and had a mini bar fridge, a writing table and iron/ironing board. The beds with feather pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows were comfy.

The hotel's central location near the train station was incredibly convenient for exploring the city and surrounding areas. There were plenty of nearby restaurants with a variety of food options. The availability of on-site parking was a plus. For those with physical handicaps: The hotel offered facilities and amenities suitable for those with physical disabilities.

Felt right at home, couldn't have asked for anything more.

Perfect location on a quiet side street overlooking a park ca n't be beat with views on the park. Also - right by the Chapel bridge, other attractions, and Very close to the train station.

Had new-fashioned and fashionable room complete with a desk to work and a nice balcony and view to the Pilatus Peak. The hotel had a particularly good location just close to Modern Art Museum. Set close to a train station, which helped to explore Lucerne.

Beds were not so comfortable.

During my recent stay at Boutique Hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the convenient location and the comfortable bed. The breakfast offered a good variety of options to start the day. Additionally, the free pass for buses and trams and the free Luzern wifi were a great bonus. I would recommend this hotel for its location, breakfast, and amenities.

The hotel is situated in a prime location near the beautiful old town and the iconic wooden bridge. The decor of the room was tasteful and high-end. The breakfast offered a wide selection of food and beverages.

The rooms were inconveniently located with long and confusing corridors leading to them. The staff failed to consider my special requests and needs despite notifying them ahead of time.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location couldn't have been better, just a stone's throw away from the train station and close to all the attractions. The newly renovated room I stayed in was absolutely stunning, with a lovely terrace where I could enjoy the view of the park. The hotel also had a variety of services, including room service, housekeeping, and shops. Plus, the free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great perk!
